Supplement Recipe Check
About
A search tool for comparing iHerb supplements by ingredients.
What is this site?
Supplement Recipe Check helps users find iHerb products by included and excluded ingredients. It is built for people who want to compare supplement labels more directly instead of browsing page after page.
- Search by ingredients such as vitamin D, magnesium, omega-3, and more.
- Sort by popular brands or price, then narrow results with brand filters.
- Use ingredient notes to explore common supplement names, cautions, and related product searches.

How is the data organized?
Public product names and Supplement Facts are organized into a search index. Original product records and search aliases are kept separate. Multilingual terms and ingredient forms are connected to standard ingredient names without merging distinct compounds simply because their names look similar.
- Product search compares label ingredients, amounts, brands, and product type.
- Stack Analysis totals disclosed label amounts and compares selected nutrients with public reference values such as NIH and national dietary standards.
- Ingredient notes prioritize public sources including NIH ODS, NCCIH, and MedlinePlus, with source links shown on each page.
Automation and editorial responsibility
Automation and AI may assist aliases, translation, drafting, and general ingredient suggestions. Automated output is not presented as clinician review. We revise content using the editorial method, primary references, label updates, and user issue reports. The current product label and qualified professional guidance take priority.
Not Medical Advice
Search results and AI ingredient suggestions are for reference only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. Please consult a qualified professional if you need medical advice or diagnosis.
