Text entered into AI recommendation or translation features may be sent to an external processor such as the Google Gemini API to generate a response. Do not submit identifying or sensitive health information.

Pages may include Google Ads and Google AdSense scripts. Depending on region and consent settings, those services may use cookies or similar technologies under Google policies and your consent choice.
Retention and public content
Operational statistics may be retained in aggregate form as needed for quality and incident review. Community content is public. Deletion from the service does not guarantee immediate removal from search caches or third-party records.

External links, including iHerb, public-health sources, and Google Forms, apply their own privacy terms. Use the result-issue form to request correction or deletion of information you submitted.
